How can I place an order?

Click on the product you are interested in purchasing.
If you would like to buy the item, click ADD TO CART.
This action will open a small pop up window, which gives you the possibility to confirm your order by clicking on the button in the lower right corner
A new page will open that displays a summary of your order, please complete it with billing and delivery details.
Finally, add any other information required.

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

Once you have finished your online purchase and our site accepts your order, we will send you the confirmation email with an ID number. Make sure you check your spam/junk folders, as emails might not arrive in your primary inbox. If you haven't received your order confirmation more than 24 hours after purchasing from us, please get in touch so we can look into this for you.
You'll receive your shipping confirmation email once your parcel has left our warehouse.

How can I return a product?

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase (start from the arrival day).
