We welcome the decision that all trade fairs and events have been canceled due to the current situation, because the health and safety of our colleagues, partners, families and friends is our top priority.

Delivery and collection
The delivery still remains free of charge.
Delivery to a post office is currently not possible. For your security, post offices/delivery branches are closed for collection. You can pick up your parcels that are already in a branch as soon as the branch/post office opens again.
Our return period of 30 days after receiving goods still applies. In exceptional cases, the period can be extended, e.g. if the post office is closed, quarantine or health complaints.
